The Paradice Global All Cap Strategy was established in October 2023. The team is comprised of five investment professionals including Portfolio Manager, Munish Malhotra.
The strategy invests in 25-35 well-capitalized businesses that the team believes are undervalued relative to the quality and embedded future growth optionality of the franchise.

Active Share is a statistic used to measure the percentage of the portfolio that differs from a benchmark index (MSCI ACWI All Cap Net Total Return Index in this instance), with 100% implying no overlap with the benchmark and 0% implying total overlap.
The team aims to capitalize on inefficiencies across the market cap and geographic spectrum within the global equity universe. The team looks for companies preferably with founder engaged or founder owned management teams and with what the team views as competitively advantaged business models, a long runway to compound revenues and free cash flow, overlooked optionality within the business, and reasonably conservative implied expectations which the team believes allows for a comfortable margin of safety.
Employing a fundamental, bottom-up investment process, the team constructs a portfolio of 25-35 global businesses. Their approach is benchmark agnostic with high active share and a focus on uncorrelated exposure at a sector, geographic and stock specific level.
The team understands that most Global All Cap benchmarks tend to be overweight large and mega cap companies where, in the team’s view, their best years are typically behind them. Therefore, the team’s objective is to find under-appreciated and often overlooked rookies which they believe have the potential to become future all-stars.
Munish joined Paradice in May 2023 from Cambiar Investors, where he was a Principal and Co-Portfolio Manager for the International Small Cap and Global Equity Fund. Prior to Cambiar, Munish worked for Marsico Capital as a Portfolio Manager across several of their funds. Munish has over 24 years’ experience in financial markets, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Denver in Colorado.
