Brittany joined Paradice in 2023 as Director of Institutional Distribution North America. Prior to joining Paradice, Brittany was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Segall Bryant & Hamill. Prior to Segall Bryant & Hamill she was an Associate Director of Consultant Relations at Russell Investments. She has over 13 years of experience in the asset management industry working closely with both consultants and plan sponsors. Brittany is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. She holds the CIPM designation and Certificate in ESG Investing through the CFA Institute and is a member the CFA Society of Colorado. Brittany holds a BA in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a member of the Investment Committee for the Nevada Community Foundation.
